    Perl Las, meaning blue pearl, is a superb welsh blue cheese, golden in colour with a creamy salty taste that grows with maturity.

    ST THOM
    St Thom is a brick shaped unpasteurised goat's milk cheese made in Worcester.  A unique goat's cheese with a bloomy rind and soft texture, with light goaty and citrus flavours.
    ROLLRIGHT
    A mellow, buttery-rich 'washed-rind' cheese that expresses the rich and diverse clover of King Stone farm deep in the Cotswolds, based on the classic French cheese 'Rebcochon'

    STONEY CROSS
    Stoney Cross is a truckle of mould ripened cheese, very similar to a French Tomme DeSavoie.  It is a creamy texture with sweet flavours and a distinctly earthy finish.  The cheese is named for an old World War 11 airfield 2 miles to the south of Lyburn Farm
